Apparently, Maxis really changed the way bridges and tunnels are constructed. Nothing that bad will happen unless you raise it to the highest mark of course. If you can't comply with the taxes, that's fine. However, sometimes, the amount they want actually LOSES you money. Keep in mind that as your city grows, your sims will be expecting lower taxes and that does make sense. The sims can indeed, be very, very annoying at times.

SimCity 3000 is definitely not a very easy game to learn about at first and even with the long manual to boot, there are still many things that you should know before starting your city. I'm fairly surprised at the lack of FAQs for this game. There are only a handful of games that I can truly call masterpieces but I have to admit, SimCity 3000, along with the previous games of the same serie, is definitely one of them. It was designed to have some new innovative features along with a great set of graphics to match. Introduction - = Maxis released SimCity 3000 a few years after their other smash hit, SimCity 2000.
